Hot Tub Tech is a specialist hot tub and swim spa servicing business based in Farnham, Surrey. Founded and run by Eddie — a fully experienced hot tub engineer with more than 11 years in the industry — the business was built on a straightforward belief: that hot tub owners deserve honest, skilled, fairly priced service without the runaround.
Eddie’s background spans the full width of the hot tub industry. He has worked on the sales floor in busy showrooms, represented leading brands including Wellis and Hydropool at international trade exhibitions, and built fully bespoke spa installations from the ground up. That range of experience means he approaches every job — whether it’s a routine water change or a complex mechanical repair — with a level of knowledge hard to find in a sole trader.
Why Hot Tub Tech Was Founded
The inspiration for Hot Tub Tech came directly from working within larger hot tub companies and seeing, first-hand, how customers were being let down. Overpriced parts, excessive labour charges, and a lack of basic communication with customers were far too common—and entirely unnecessary.
Hot Tub Tech was created to offer a genuine alternative: a local, owner-operated business where the person answering the phone is the same person turning up to carry out the work. No middlemen, no marked-up parts, no vague timescales.
